OO Conference Tasting Champ Journey to Tuscany

Hayley Stevens, former chef and instructor at the International Culinary Center, will be speaking on tasting extra virgin olive oil at the Olive Oil Conference in the Chicago area on July 19, 2016. Hayley was also the winner at the first North American Extra Virgin Olive Oil Taster's Championship at the Olive Oil Conference last year.

Simon Field, founder of Savantes, will be a presenter at the Olive Oil Conference in the Chicago area July 18th through July 20th,  2016.  

Head Chef Olly Rouse, Guest Speaker at the Olive Oil Conference

Olly Rouse, Head Chef of Lainston House Hotel,  will be a guest speaker at the Olive Oil Conference in the Chicago area on July 20, 2016.  Olly Rouse is an accomplished chef who is famous for his innovative techniques and pushing boundaries.  He currently oversees all food offerings at Lainston House Hotel near Winchester, Hampshire.

Chef Suvir Saran, Speaker at the Olive Oil Conference

New Delhi-born Top Chef Master Suvir Saran will be a speaker at the Olive Oil Conference in the Chicago area on July 19, 2016.  Saran is a celebrated chef, educator, cookbook writer and farmer who has long sought to redefine Indian cusine for the American palate. His cooking philosophy, American Masala, combines the best of Indian and American cooking.

Second Annual Olive Oil Conference

The second annual Olive Oil Conference, co-hosted by the North American Olive Oil Association (NAOOA) and International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes, will be held on July 18 to July 20, 2016 at the Westin O’Hare in Rosemont, IL.
